The St. Louis County Dept. of Health is sponsoring two upcoming waste collection events. These events are for residents of St. Louis County only, and proof of residence will be required. Businesses, commercial, non-profit and governmental organizations are prohibited by law from participating.
Saturday, November 8th - 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
St. Louis Community College, Florissant Valley Campus
Saturday, November 15th - 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Westminster Christian Academy - Town and Country Campus (800 Maryville Centre Drive)
Materials accepted include:
paints, stains, varnishes, pesticides, herbicides, solvents, acids, motor oil, gas cylinders, fluorescent light bulbs, batteries, and items containing mercury.
Materials NOT accepted include:
explosives, ammunition, radioactive materials, smoke detectors, medical waste, household trash, tires, and electronics.
